Fati has had the privilege of working with and for people for over 15 years as a manager, specialising in strategic management, development, delivery, and with people in their natrural environment. He is passionate about imparting knowledge, and has a deep passion for growing individuals, organisations, and communities.

Currently a Youth Services Team Lead at the Ministry of Youth Development, Fati has multiple qualifications in Social Work, Social Services, Psychodrama and Strategic Management. A proud husband and father, Fati is also a fantastic storyteller and holder of space.
