Chantelle Bailey, Te Rarawa, Ngāpuhi, Ngāti Hāmoa (Lotofaga and Le’auva’a) is a Lead Structural Engineer at Aurecon, bringing over 25 years of experience in engineering with a specialization in structural and aircraft engineering. She has held positions at GHD, OPUS, and the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

Chantelle actively participates in various roles, including being a member of Waihanga Ara Rau WDC and the Te Ao Rangahau Māori Advisory Panel. She has previously served as a trustee on the Engineering New Zealand Foundation and as a board member of the Manawatū Branch of the Institute of Professional Engineers New Zealand. Chantelle’s passion lies in driving change and inspiring future generations, drawing on her leadership skills and diverse background as an engineer, governance practitioner, woman, mother, and wife.
