Karl Wixon, Ngāi Tahu, Kāti Māmoe, Waitaha, Moriori, Ngāti Toa Rangatira, is Kaiārahi (MD) of strategic creative consultancy ARAHIA Pathfinders and Co-Chair of Ngā Aho Inc the network of Māori Design Professionals. Some of his previous roles include President of the Designers Institute of NZ, member of  the NZ Story Advisory Board, board of Hawke’s Bay Tourism and member of Te Mana Whakahaere o Te Wānanga o Aoteroa. Karl works at the intersection of culture, commerce and creativity – designing futures and making shift happen, using approaches founded and grounded in indigenous knowledge and creativity.
