Rhonda Kite ONZM, Te Aupōuri, Ngai Tākoto, Ngāti Kuri, is the Managing Director of Toi Te Hiku Trust, an economic development facilitator in the Far North specializing in screen, creative arts, cultural, and technology sectors. She has held executive and governance positions in the film and technology industries, with a strong emphasis on developing Māori content and storytelling.

Rhonda sits on the Board of Toi Mai, has previously chaired Te Runanga Nui o Te Aupōuri, and is actively involved in various organizations such as the Indigenous Women’s Business Network, the Business Advisory Group at AUT, and is a founding patron of the ImagineNative Film Festival in Toronto.

Her board roles include Whakaata Māori, NZ on Air, SPADA, and the Aotearoa Film & Television Awards.
